WPH are Organisational Members of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and is bound by their code of ethics and subject to their complaints procedure. All counsellors employed by WPH must abide by the code of ethics, follow policy and procedure and, as such, are bound by strict rules of confidentiality.
